Where do you ship?

What is the return policy?
You can cancel an order for a full refund as long as it hasn't shipped yet. To get started, please email our team at info@fatfooktrading.com with your order number.
Unforutnately, we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.
For defective items, please get in touch with us(info@fatfooktrading.com) for a resolution, and we will get back to you in 48 hours.
Are any purchases final sale?
As it stands, all purchases from our store are considered final sale, and therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will I get my order?
For pre-orders: please see the product page for timelines specific to the product.
For available products: we will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
